Shipping Policy : Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving the proof of payment.
We understand that most orders are time sensitive and try to ship them as soon as possible.
Orders and proof of payment received before noon will be shipped the same day.
Orders and proof of payment received after noon will be shipped the following day.
If you need to make a change to your order please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during normal working hours.
Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
Ordering on Friday: If an order is placed Friday afternoon it may not be shipped until Monday morning.
Please take note of this in case there is a time concern.
For express shipments, please contact us.
If you are shipping to someone else at a different address it is important
that you contact them and let them know that a package is coming so that the
package is not refused or goes unclaimed.
You will not receive shipping charges back if a package goes unclaimed or if you provide an invalid shipping address.
We will ship via the South African Postal Services (SAPO) and
will e-mail you your tracking number.
If Suth Afican Postal Office do not accept size of parcel we will quote on courier cost, parcel will then be delivered
at Physical address. No deliveries will be done outside of South Africa.
If the value of goods is more than R2000 and weight less than 10Kg shipping is Free.
Normally orders will be shipped within 48 hours after clearance of payment is
received. Our policy is to give the fastest possible service.

Postage for re-shipment will be the liability of the buyer.

Delivery Information :
You will be informed on the day of shipment of the tracking number for your
parcel.
The parcel will have to be collected at the post office, except for smaller
items which should be delivered to your post box.
Your product will be dispatched as soon as this payment is reflected on our bank
statement.

The Post Office parcel post usually takes 3 to 5 days for delivery in South
Africa
Customers are welcome to email or fax us their orders for quotes that will
include the correct shipping cost.

Returns
All items returned as new condition with packages still sealed as when sent within one week of
receiving the goods will be refunded or exchanged or a gift voucher will be issued
as per the wishes of the customer.
* No Returns or Refunds will be accepted on any products unless damaged during shipping.
* By signing the Waybill on delivery of the products, the buyer accepts that the products are in good order and condition.
* In the unlikely event that components are missing from products, the missing components will be replaced at no charge.
The request for replacement must be made to Lagoon Hobbies within 3 business days of receipt of the product by the customer.
Charges may be levied to cover postage on items refunded.
Guarantee
All items purchased from Lagoon Hobbies are subject to the normal
guarantees for that particular article as laid down by the Manufacturers of
