With the pad you can keep the craft clean from dust and stones kicked up, also keep the props out of the grass.
It's reversible design, and comes with 3 pegs to firmly secure and anchor it to the ground.

The whole landing pad folds up into a neat package like the sunshades for Car windscreens and then fits into a provided bag.
